One New Zealand Stadium | $680 Million

Set for completion in 2026, construction is well underway on Te Kaha, a world-class multi-use arena. Boasting a capacity of 30,000 seats for sport, the arena will have the option of expansion during special events. The project will cost about 680 million dollars.

Ryan Field, Northwestern Wildcats | $800 Million

The new privately-funded Ryan Field will create a best-in-the-nation collegiate football experience for fans, players, and the community. The stadium is being build to create an incomparable fan experience. By reducing the overall maximum capacity to 35,000 (12,000 fewer seats than the current Ryan Field). The facility will open in 2026 and is expected to cost around 800 million dollars.

Wuxi Olympic Sports Center | $1 Billion

Located in a landscaped park of 56 hectares, a stadium for 60,000 people, a multi-purpose arena with a capacity of 18,000 and a swimming stadium with 2,000 seats are planned. The sports center will not only be used for international and national sports events, but will also offer local athletes optimal training conditions. The entire project is expected to cost around 1 billion dollars and will be ready in 2026.

New Everton Stadium | $1 Billion

Everton’s new 52,000-seat stadium is entering its final construction stages, with work progressing on the perimeter systems, pitch installation, and interior finishes. This impressive venue is set to be completed in time for the 2025-2026 season, bringing fans an upgraded and modernized home for unforgettable matchday experiences.

Spotify Camp Nou | $1.1 Billion (Only stadium)

FC Barcelona.Barcelona is enjoying remarkable success both on and off the field, with rapid progress being made on their new stadium. Designed to hold an impressive 105,000 fans, this stadium is set to be one of the most advanced in the world. Barça aims to partially open it in the spring with a capacity of 60,000 seats, while the full completion is anticipated in 2026, marking a new era for the club and its supporters.

New Highmark Stadium | $1.7 Billion

The Buffalo Bills are entering a new era with the construction of a fully modernized stadium near their current home. This 62,000-seat venue, with the works that started less than a year ago, is slated for completion in 2026 and is projected to cost up to 2 billion dollars. Fans can look forward to a state-of-the-art facility that will elevate the game-day experience to new heights.
