The week that we left behind marked a significant progress of the works in the new house of Barcelona.
Almost all the pillars of the first level of the third stand were completed, where the main one is the beginning of the works for the horizontal pillars that connect the whole structure – and then allows the work to continue for the third stand.
What’s new this week is the first demo with the decorative panels of what the entry level zero will look like. Although it is too early to do this, the club has thought of giving the fans a preliminary idea of how their new fortress will look very soon.
The work has not stopped and continues in the reinforcement of the stairs of the two existing stands, where the work in securing the exit tunnels to the stands stands out. The stairs are getting the necessary aesthetic reinforcement.
Great progress has been made in the systematization of the entire area around the construction site, where excavation continues.
In the northern area, the level of the pillars is being drilled with iron reinforcement, where then concrete will be poured and they will become a single body.
In the stand that will be completed at the level of the field, no progress has been made this week, where it continues to be in the reinforcement phase in both sectors.
