The brand-new stadium is a multi-use venue that is set to host some of the Kingdom’s biggest upcoming sporting events including the Saudi Cup, the Asian Cup and a proposed venue for the FIFA World Cup 2034. With 45,000 seats the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium will also serve as the home-ground for Riyadh’s favourite Saudi Pro League clubs Al Nassr.

Located 200-metres off the ground, the Prince Mohammad bin Salman Stadium will be located on top of the Tuwaiq Cliff. Just 40 minutes away from Riyadh, the futuristic venue will offer direct access to Qiddiya City’s Gaming and Esports District and other city entertainment options. The stadium will also be within 50,000 square metres of shopping, dining, entertainment options and hotels.
The stadium will be home to the world’s first fully combined retractable pitch, roof and LED wall. The LED wall will be used for live broadcasts, stream high-definition films and laser shows. When not in use, the LED wall will reveal amazing views of Qiddiya City.
The stadium will also have holographic technology that will allow you to interact with your favorite celebrities. The Prince Mohammad bin Salman Stadium will also implement climate-control technology to keep the stadium cool enough for use all year long.
